Can't believe that it is so long since I posted anything.  We did a wonderful cruise in the Caribbean in February.  While in Nassau, Bahamas we went to a quilt show put on by the Stepping Stone Quilters.  They has some fabulous quilts on show.
After that we visited a lot of island in the Caribbean.  Took a few sunset pictuures.  We were with a lot of friends who helped make the trip a lot of fun.

HOLIDAY WALK IN DC

Our walk started at the Old Post Office Building and on leaving there we headed down Pennsylvania Avenue to walk behind the White House and see the National Christmas Tree. Like this picture with the Washington Monument. And like everyone else we had to take a picture of the White House.
We ended the walk with lunch at The Chop House with friends, another walk through a Christmas Market and home on the Metro. A nice day.
As 2010 comes to a close, we wish all our family and friends a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

August quilting cruise

Hello friends, We had such a great time on our Quilting Cruise last May that we have decided to do it again, this time on August 12, 2010 and cruise to New England. We will have Debra Gabel, expert fiber artist and designer as our lead instructor. See her website at http://www.zebrapatterns.com/ to see a selection of patterns that will be worked on for the cruise class .
Our cruise will be out of the Port of Baltimore and will include Boston, Bar Harbor, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. For the walkers looking at this, many of the ports we are visiting have Year Round Walks. The prices are right, so ask Debra or Sandy for more information.
